Closing Address by the Ministerial Delegate in Charge of Human Rights
at the Arab–African Forum on Business and Human Rights**Ladies and Gentlemen,
We have now reached the conclusion of the proceedings of the first Arab–African Forum on Business and Human Rights, organized at the initiative of the Ministerial Delegation in Charge of Human Rights of the Kingdom of Morocco, with the support and partnership of national and international institutions.
I am pleased, on this occasion, to extend my sincere thanks and deep appreciation to all those who responded to our invitation, including ministers, heads of national institutions, ambassadors, officials from United Nations, international and regional organizations, experts, civil society actors, and media representatives.
The high level of participation, the diversity of initiatives, and the major venues that hosted this forum have demonstrated that current challenges no longer hinder the convergence of visions. On the contrary, they represent an opportunity to strengthen constructive dialogue, exchange expertise, and share experiences, thereby laying the foundations for a collective vision capable of addressing future challenges while ensuring a balance between human dignity, economic growth, business prosperity, and societal well-being.

In conclusion, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all participants for their valuable contributions, which enriched the discussions and gave this forum a profound strategic dimension.
I also wish to express my gratitude to our United Nations partners, particularly UNDP, UN Women, and UNFPA, for their continuous technical and institutional support.
My sincere appreciation also goes to our national partners, from governmental sectors, national institutions, and the private sector, for their genuine commitment to human rights and sustainable development.
Finally, I warmly thank the teams of the Ministerial Delegation, the interpreters, and the hotel staff for their professionalism and dedication.
